Step Up (JEMS)

Start: Place one foot on a low step and assume a relaxed, upright posture. Your pelvis is level and your knee is in line with your foot.
Movement: Press down into the step with your foot to engage the connection between your foot, knee and hip, and continue the movement until you are standing on the step with knee and hip straight. Maintain your level pelvis and knee alignment as you lower yourself back to the start.
