Stand up straight on a balance mat with your feet together.
Focus on an object directly within your eye line.
Keep your eyes focused on this object whilst slowly turning your head from side to side.
Your eyes should not move from this object.
As this gets easier to do, you can increase the speed at which you turn your head.
