Standing Single leg Calf Raise on Balance Pad

Stand tall on one leg on a balance pad, with your toes pointing forwards. The weight is distributed evenly on your forefoot and heel.

Balance and rise onto your toes. In a controlled manner lower back to the starting position.

Note: Use your arms to help balance, or take support if needed.
