Standing Shoulder Abduction (45 degrees) with Resistance Band

Firmly attach an exercise band to one side of you. Stand tall holding the band in one hand with your arm by your side and elbow at right angle.

Lift your arm approximately 45 degrees out to the side. In a controlled manner, return to the starting position.
