Stand up straight with the water at chest depth and your feet shoulder width apart
Soften your knees.
Hold a dumbbell float in each hand with your arms straight by your side facing in.
Slowly shrug your shoulders towards your ears, and then push the dumbbell floats back down towards the floor.
Keep your back straight throughout this exercise.
