Standing figure 4 stretch

Start by standing in front of a table or high chair.
Lift one leg up and place the lower leg resting on top surface with knee rotated out to the side.
Place your hands on the table alongside your front leg.
Slowly bend down on your back leg while leaning forwards until you feel a stretch in your front leg.
Hold for the required amount of time and then return back to a standing position.
