Stand on one leg on a wobble board with the other foot raised off the floor.
Hold on to a slash pipe in one hand.
Keeping your arms straight, thumbs pointed towards the ceiling, lift both arms overhead.
At the top position, grab the slash pipe with the opposite arm.
Hold briefly, maintaining your balance, and then bring your arms back down to the starting position.
Repeat for the required number of repetitions, alternating arms each rep.
