Sliding Mountain Climbers

Start on your hands and toes, with your body in a straight line. Place towels or sliding discs under your feet.

Alternating legs, slide your feet on the floor, bend your legs, and bring your knees towards your elbows.

Note. You can do this exercises also by using socks on a slippery surface like parquet.
