Slash pipe shoulder external rotation at 90 degrees

Stand up straight with feet hip width apart.
Hold a slash pipe in your hands using an overhand grip.
Raise your arms up, so that your elbow is in line with your shoulder and bent to 90 degrees.
Rotate your forearms up towards the ceiling, pivoting around your elbow.
Control the movement as you lower your forearm back to parallel with the floor.
Repeat the movement for the required number of repetitions.
