Ski Jumper with Arm Press (JEMS)

Start: Begin with your body resting over a ball with hips bent and spine and head level. Feet are resting against the wall. Bend one elbow and tuck this arm into your side with your fingers facing forward. Take fingertip support with your other arm.
Movement: Press your heels backwards into the wall. Press the crown of your head out away from your heels, lengthening your body. Maintaining a level pelvis, stretch the working arm out in front of you.
