Sitting on a stability ball, alternate ankle dorsiflexion

Sit on a stability ball with both feet firmly on the floor.
Find your neutral sitting posture and hold this position.
Lift up the toes on one foot, keeping your heel on the floor.
Hold this position, then bring the toes back down before repeating the same movement on the other leg.
Continue alternating between both sides.
