Sit to stand with cross body punching (adaptive - BKA)

Sit in the chair with both feet flat on the floor.
Bend your sound leg a bit further under the chair.
Place both hands on the arms of the chair, move your weight forward, and bend at your hips.
Keep your head high and gaze straight ahead.
Push through your sound leg to bring yourself into standing.
Bring your feet inline keeping them shoulder-width apart and gain your balance.
When you have your balance, lift one arm and punch forward and across.
Repeat with the other arm.
Then sit back in the chair and repeat.
