Sit to stand with ball throw
Sit on the edge of a chair, facing a wall.
Stand up and throw the ball against the wall from chest height.
Catch the ball, sit down and repeat.
You can vary this exercise by throwing the ball from overhead, from your side, and to different places on the wall.
You can also progress this exercise by throwing heavier balls.
Required equipment: Medicine ball, Stability Ball, Chair, Ball - large
