Single leg stand wobble cushion
Stand up straight with a wobble cushion in front of you.
Hold onto a supporting surface if required.
Step your leg to be exercised into the centre of the cushion.
Once you are balanced try to lift your other leg slowly off the floor.
If you are using a supporting surface, slowly take your hands away if you are able.
Try to hold this position for as long as you can.
