Single-leg stand with hip flexion and running arms – on balance board

Stand on one leg on a balance board with your arms by your sides.
Your other foot is on the floor for support.
Lift your supporting foot off the floor and lift the knee forward, aiming to bring it level with your waist.
Simultaneously, swing your opposite side arm forward and your other arm backward, mimicking a running motion.
Return back to the starting position and repeat.
