Single leg stand - Pelvic control with visual feedback

Stand in front of a mirror and place your hands on your hips.
Lift one foot off the floor to bring your hip and knee to 90 degrees.
Hold this position and aim to keep your pelvis level.
Use the mirror to give you some visual feedback.
Return to the start position, and repeat.
