Single-leg Squat on a Balance Board - Version 2

Stand on one leg on a balance board. The other leg straightened in front of you.

Squat down and push back up again, while trying to keep the balance board level. Your hip, knee, ankle and toes should stay aligned.

Note: Place the balance board on a surface that is not slippery.
