Single leg knee bend on a wobble cushion

Stand up straight holding onto a supportive surface with a wobble cushion in front of you.
Step your affected leg into the centre of the cushion.
Once you are balanced try to lift your hands off the support.
Keep your balance while you slowly bend your knee a little way, then straighten.
