Simultaneous leg and arm rotations in supine - body awareness

Lie on your back with your legs straight and arms out to the sides.
Surrender the weight of your head, shoulders, arms, torso, pelvis and legs fully on the floor.
Simultaneously and slowly turn your feet outwards and palms facing towards the ceiling.
Then turn your feet inwards and palms downwards.
Keep the movements smooth and effortless, listen to the movement moment by moment without straining into end positions.
Gradually integrate movements with breathing and producing an "M"-sound.
Inhale while turning your feet and palms outwards.
Exhale with "M"-sound while turning your feet and palms inwards.
Repeat few times and then relax and listen to the relaxation after the movement.
