Pelvic floor - side-lying hip adduction hold

Lie on your side with your top leg bent and your bottom leg straight.
You can support the top leg with a towel or ball if you wish.
Lift the lower leg off the floor.
Hold this position as you squeeze and lift your pelvic floor.
Relax your pelvic floor as you lower your leg back down to the mat.
