Shoulder Proprioception with a Half Ball (Bosu Ball)

Balance on your hands and knees, straight arms supported on a half ball with the flat side up, trunk activated.

Shift weight to your arms and balance over the half ball. You can move the ball at different speeds or try to keep the ball still. Remember to keep elbows straight and shoulder, upper back and trunk area controlled.
