Shoulder proprioception, ball on wall, SLS

Stand on one leg, facing a wall.
You should be standing on the opposite leg to your affected arm.
Take a medium sized ball and hold it against the wall with the palm of your affected hand.
Press lightly into the ball with the heel of your hand.
Your elbow should be straight, but not locked.
Move the ball up and down, side to side and in small circles.
Keep your shoulder blades back and down throughout.
