Shoulder internal rotation - supported with passive external rotation

Sit down in a chair with a table in front of you.
Place a towel on the table.
Place your weaker arm on top of the towel.
Using your strong arm move your weaker arm out to your side keeping your elbow close to your body.
Using your muscles in your weaker arm bring your hand back towards your body sliding it on the towel.
