Shoulder flexion with slash pipe

Stand with your legs hip width apart, and your knees slightly bent.
Make sure your shoulders ares relaxed.
Keeping your elbows straight, lift your arms forward and up until they are in line with your shoulder.
Ensure you do not hunch your shoulders or lean your body as you do this.
Control the movement as you lower back down.
