Shoulder flexion with a stick in supine

Start by lying on your back with legs bent and feet flat on the floor. Hold a stick with both hands.

Straighten your arms and bring the stick upwards. Continue to bring the stick to over your head. To ensure that the exercise focuses on rage of motion of your shoulders and upper back avoid compensating from your lower back; keep your lower back against the floor. Return to the starting position.
