Shoulder flexion in sitting with a sling - AAROM version 2

Sit in a chair with your affected arm in a sling.
Slightly tilt your trunk forwards bending from the hips.
Grasp the elbow of your affected arm with your other hand with a firm grip.
Keeping your neck relaxed lift your affected arm forwards and up helping the movement with your other arm as much as needed.
In a controlled manner lower the arm back to the starting position.
