Shoulder external rotation strengthening, with cable machine, arm out to side 90/90, supine
Lie on your back, with your feet towards the cable machine and the pulley in your hand.
Lift your affected arm out to the side.
Your arm should be at approximately 90° to your body.
Bend your elbow to a right angle.
Keep your wrist in a neutral position.
Slowly return to start position and repeat.
