Shoulder external rotation in side lying (shoulder abducted) - AAROM
Lie on your back with arms by your sides and then turn towards your affected side.
Lift your lowermost arm out in front of you and bend your elbow to 90 degrees.
Keep your elbow in place and then turn your arm outwards by taking your hand towards the surface.
Gently help with your other hand by pressing further downwards.
Hold the stretch for a moment and then relax.
