Shoulder external rotation - supported with passive internal rotation

Sit up straight on a chair with a table in front of you.
Place a towel on the table.
Place your weaker arm on top of the towel.
Using your muscles in your weaker arm move your forearm away from you, keeping your elbow close to your side.
Using your strong arm move your weaker arm back toward you.
