Shoulder extension in prone - arm off edge
Lie on your front with your weaker arm resting off the edge of the bed.
Let your arm relax so that it is pointing down towards the floor.
Slowly lift your arm backwards so your hand moves toward your hip.
Hold your arm parallel to the floor, before moving it back to the starting position.
Keep your back and neck muscles relaxed throughout the exercise.
Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed
