Shoulder adduction with leg lift - cable machine

Lie on your side holding the handle of the cable machine.
The cable needs to be placed in line with your head.
Simultaneously pull your arm directly down towards your hip and lift your upper leg towards the ceiling.
Go only as far as you can manage comfortably before you steadily return to the start position.
