Shoulder Abduction with Exercise Band(Palms downwards)

Stand tall with your trunk activated and knees slightly bent. Hold both ends of an exercise band that is placed under your feet.

Keep your arms slightly bent and bring them up to the side to approximately shoulder level (palms facing downwards). Return to the starting position in a controlled manner.

Note: Do not shrug your shoulders.
