Shoulder abduction/adduction ‘rock the baby’ – beginner

Stand up straight with your feet hip width apart.
Support the weight of your affected forearm by resting it in your non affected forearm in front of you.
Gently push your affected arm out to your side with your non affected arm as if ‘rocking a baby’.
Return to the start position and repeat.
