Self Mobilization - Patella caudad glide
Sit with your affected knee relaxed and stretched straight out in front of you
Place a rolled towel behind your knee
It is important not to tense your thigh muscles during this exercise
Place the web space between your thumb and first finger above your knee cap and gently push it towards your toes
Allow your knee cap to return to the start position, and repeat
Required equipment: No equipment, Towel
