Seated Thoracic Spine Extension on Chair with Shoulder ER

Sit upright in a chair. Slide your buttocks to the back of the chair. Keep your feet flat on the floor and core gently engaged.
Bring your arms up to the sides with elbows bent at a 90° angle.
Lean backwards over the back of the chair.
Return to the upright position and repeat.
