Seated leg curl- eccentric focus

Sit upright in the chair with legs extended and the supports positioned on your upper thighs and calves.
Set the weights to the correct amount.
Curl your legs in towards your buttocks.
Hold briefly and then slowly return to the starting position.
Take the amount of time to return to the starting position as requested by your clinician.
Pause briefly and then repeat.
