Seated biceps curl - with dumbbells
Start by sitting on a chair or bench with your back supported.
Hold dumbbells in your hands and rest the arm down by your sides with your palm facing forwards.
Bend your elbow, bringing your hands towards your shoulders.
Control the movement as you steadily return your hand to the start position.
Repeat the movement.
