Sciatic glide in side-lying (adaptive)

Lie on your side with your sound leg lowermost and bent to 90 degrees and your residual leg straight.
Lift your top leg slightly and hold it up.
First, bring your knee towards your chest.
Then straighten your knee before pushing it backward.
Repeat this cycle.
