Scapular stabilisation standing with stability ball

Stand up straight with a table in front of you at waist height.
Place a stability ball on the surface and rest your weaker arm on top of the ball.
Bring both of your shoulder blades back and down.
Keeping your shoulders in this position, slowly roll the ball in small circles with your weaker arm.
