Scapular retraction/depression inferior glide proprioception BR

Stand up straight with the water at chest depth and your feet shoulder width apart.
Lift your arm out to your side and place your hand on a kickboard with your palm facing forwards.
Apply a slight downward pressure to the kickboard to match the waters resistance.
Pull your shoulder blade back and down towards your opposite buttock.
Hold this position.
