Scapula retraction U-Position (Erector Spinae)

Start in a kneeling position with your stomach resting on a box, have your arms bent next to your head. Pull your shoulder blades towards each other, keeping your neck long.
Your palms must lay on two equally high stools.
Lift up your trunk slightly with your arms following, maintaining this position, move your hands upwards until they touch above your head.
Avoid over-extending your neck.
Control the movement as you bring them back to the starting position, keeping the control in your shoulder blades and head
