Scapula protraction in 4-point kneeling
Kneel down with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
Your head should be in a neutral position looking down at the floor by your hands.
Keeping your elbows straight, push the heels of your hands into the floor.
You should feel your shoulder blades flatten against the side of your rib cage.
Hold this position.
