Reach your right arm across your body towards the left side of the bed.
Keeping your back and head straight, roll onto your left hand side.
Hold this position, letting any symptoms settle, before returning onto your back.
With your knees still bent and feet flat on the bed, reach your left arm across your body to the right side of the bed.
Keeping your back and head straight, roll onto your right hand side.
Hold this position, letting any symptoms settle, before returning onto your back.
Continue rolling from one side to the other and progress by increasing the speed of the movement.
