Resisted wrist ulnar deviation - slow eccentric phase

Sit upright in a chair.
Place your affected arm on a table with your wrist hanging over the edge and your palm facing down.
Wrap the band around your hand, holding then ends taut but not stretched.
Keeping your wrist neutral, move you hand away from the band as though you are waving at the floor.
Ensure you keep your forearm in contact with the table.
Control the movement as you bring your hand back in to the starting position.
