Resisted thumb flexion - forearm in neutral

Sit upright in a chair.
Place your affected arm on a table with your hand on it’s side.
Use your opposite hand to wrap the band once around your thumb, holding the end taut but not stretched above your thumb
Keeping the band still with your opposite hand, bend your thumb towards the table without bending the tip of your thumb.
Once you have bent your thumb as far as it will go, slowly move your thumb back to the start position.
