Resisted shoulder external rotation in supine - unilateral
Lie on your back with arms by your sides and elbows bent to 90 degrees.
Hold a resistance band in both hands with your wrists straight.
Keep the other arm in place while you turn your affected arm outwards away from the midline.
Keep your elbow bent and upper arm close to your side.
In a controlled manner bring the hand back to the starting position.
Required equipment: Resistance band, Mat
