Resisted lunge with rotation

Stand straight holding a weight in your hands and your arms straight out in front of you at 90 degrees.
Take a large step forwards, dropping both knees down into a lunge.
As you lower yourself down, rotate your body towards the leading leg.
Move back to the front facing position and push yourself back up to the start position.
