Resisted little finger abduction (abductor digiti minimi) with therapy putty
Sit upright in a chair.
Place the putty down flat on the table.
Place your hand with fingers together over the putty pushing your fingers into it.
Keep your wrist and forearm flat on the table.
Spread your little finger away from your other fingers, stretching out the putty as far as you can before moving your finger back in again.
Try to keep your other fingers still throughout the exercise.
