Resisted knee extension seated
Start in a seated position with a band around your ankles.
One leg is going to act as an anchor whilst the affected leg is going to do the work.
Straighten the affected leg out in front of you against the resistance of the band.
Control the movement as you return to the start position.
Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed, Resistance band
