Resisted GHjt extension from 180degrees flexion

Sit or stand up straight with a resistance band secured above head height.
Hold the other end of the band in your arm to be exercised and stand facing the band.
With your shoulder blades drawn gently back together and your neck long, raise your arm directly forwards and up, and gather any slack in the band.
From the fully elevated position, pull the band back down towards your side.
Control the movement as you allow your arm to lift forwards and up to the starting position, and repeat.
Do not allow your arm to be pulled quickly by the band on returning to the start position.
